Data protection
In general, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis.
Personal data will only be requested, processed, and used to the extent necessary to provide the services requested by you or to make content available.
Personal data is only collected, stored or processed for our own business purposes. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Collection of general data
When you access our website, data of a general character is automatically collected. This data (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, IP address and domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is exclusively data that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This data is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content of web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet.
Data of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our Internet presence and the technology behind it. We do not combine this data with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.
Cookies
Like many other websites, we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the device you are using. This automatically provides us with certain data, such as your IP address, the browser you are using, your computer’s operating system and your connection to the Internet. Among other things, this data enables us to make your visit to our website more comfortable and secure.
You can use the following link to access your cookie settings at any time and also subsequently select or deselect individual cookies: Change Cookie Settings
Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to a computer.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
Of course, you can also visit our website without cookies in principle. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Please use the help functions of your internet browser to find out how to change these settings. Please note that individual features of our website may not work if you have disabled the use of cookies.
SSL encryption
For reasons of security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses state-of-the-art SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock symbol and the indication “https://” in the address line of your browser.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

All collected data is stored on HubSpot’s servers. It can be used by us to contact visitors to our website and to determine which of our company’s services are of interest to them.
We use all collected data exclusively to optimize our marketing.
The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you do not want the data mentioned to be collected and processed via Hubspot, you can refuse your consent or revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

Use of LinkedIn
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag of the company LinkedIn on our website.
LinkedIn is a software company from the USA with a branch in Ireland:
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company
Wilton Place,
Dublin 2, Ireland
This involves the use of so-called “web beacons” and “cookies” which are stored on your computer.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag collects information about the use of our website to display targeted advertising on LinkedIn and partner websites. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a JavaScript code that sends data about your interactions on our website, such as visited URLs, referrer URLs, IP address, timestamp, device and browser properties, and page views to LinkedIn. LinkedIn processes this data for us to provide anonymized reports and optimize our marketing. We use this data to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and gain additional information about LinkedIn members who view our advertisements.
For more information on data processing, please see LinkedIn’s privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you do not want the data mentioned to be collected and processed via LinkedIn, you can refuse your consent or revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
Use of Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects and processes data about visitors’ use of the map functions. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.
Detailed instructions on managing your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
Embedded YouTube videos
On some of our websites, we embed YouTube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can attribute your surfing behavior to you individually. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.
If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.
If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to deal with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you would like to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.
For more information on data protection on Youtube, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy.
Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion, and objection
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. Likewise, you have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business processing, deleted. Please contact our data protection officer for this purpose. You will find the contact details at the bottom of this page.
To ensure that a block of data can be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request that the data be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to archive the data. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.
You can make changes or revoke consent by notifying us accordingly with effect in the future.
Right of complaint to a supervisory authority
You may submit a complaint to a supervisory authority at any time, e.g. to the responsible supervisory authority in the federal state of your residence or to the authority responsible for us as the responsible body.
You can find a list of supervisory authorities (for the non-public sector) with address here.
